"Lorraine is a very caring animal person, she is very good with my dogs. I have 3 dogs in which she comes to visit on two occasions every day. If I need to change the visit times she is very flexible and if they need urgent vet attention she will take them for me and ring me to tell me she has done this. If by any chance any of the dogs have a health issue she will tell me straight away and will act on this straight away, e.g. one of my dogs had a fit and she told me straight away she then under my instructions took him to the vet. I recommend Lorraine to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter or walker she is the one I will hold onto as long as I am working and need someone to look after my dogs.

"We had never used a service like this before, so I was naturally wary and even more so as we had just moved house 2 weeks prior to our holiday, so my 2 cats where still getting used to a new house and couldn't be let out yet.
I had been recommended a company based in town, but due to our location they advised it would probably be cheaper to find someone a bit more local. I did a google search and Walking on Air Petcare came up along with another company.
I invited them both round, and though both people seemed lovely and competent, Lorraine made more of an effort with my cats and they seemed more keen on her.
Our first night away Lorraine sent her first update and asked if we'd like daily updates or to be left in peace. I opted for daily, and she sent updates along with pictures so I could see how the cats were getting along.
We returned home after a week to 2 extremely content and calm cats. The time Lorraine had spent with them not only ensured their wellbeing, but also helped them to settle into our new house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine. She is extremely professional, cared well for our cats and home, and seems a natural with animals.
